He's never been one to keep secrets, and now Bristol Palin's ex, Levi Johnston is letting it all out in his new book "Deer in the Headlights: My Life in Sarah Palin's Crosshairs" out September 20.
According to the tell-all, Bristol was so angered by her mother, former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin's 2008 pregnancy with her Trig, that she actually convinced the Playgirl to get her pregnant as revenge a month before her mom's due date.
As for why he carried out the alleged request, the hockey player reveals that he knew "it's what she wanted" adding that he was "too dumb" to use any form of protection.
Johnston also claims that when he and Bristol went to Sarah with the baby news, she thought they were playing a joke on her, but after the bombshell sunk in she later suggested the two put the child up for adoption to "avoid a scandal."
After dismissing the idea, Levi says Palin did not want the baby to call her grandma, but instead insisted that Tripp call her "Mommy Sarah."
When asked about her ex's forthcoming book, Bristol, who currently has her memoir "Not Afraid of Life: My Journey So Far" on store shelves now, told "The Tonight Show," that Johnston is "gonna have to find a screenwriter or something to come up with more obnoxious lies, so I?m not worried about it."

Even a dozen years removed from the White House, former president Bill Clinton still has that same superstar-attracting aura. That might explain why such bright lights as Lady Gaga, Bono and The Edge of U2, and Usher have signed on to perform at an October 15 party for Clinton at the Hollywood Bowl.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, details on the final list of performers and presenters are still being worked on, but an impressive list of movie and TV personalities are expected to sign on for the event, which is being billed as a celebration of the 10-year anniversary of Clinton's nonprofit William J. Clinton Foundation.
To date, the foundation has raised more than $10 billion for some of the ex-president's most cherished causes, including HIV/AIDS treatment, economic empowerment, food aid and global health initiatives. The show, which will also serve as a birthday party celebration for the former Democratic leader (who turned 65 on August 19), will be broadcast exclusively by Yahoo, which will stream "A Decade of Difference: A Concert Celebrating 10 Years of the William J. Clinton Foundation" worldwide to a potential audience of millions.
Clinton continues to travel the world doing good works, though he turned his attention homeward over the weekend when he participated in the 10th anniversary ceremonies of the September 11 terror attacks. He announced on Sunday that he will team with Republican House Speaker John Boehner in a bipartisan effort to raise the final $10 million needed to complete the Fight 93 National Memorial in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

Though the stars get the headlines, it's almost always the people behind the scenes who rake in the most cash in Hollywood. Case in point: According to the new Forbes magazine tally, the list of the highest-paid men in entertainment is led by actor/director/screenwriter/producer/author Tyler Perry, whose films have grossed more than $500 million worldwide.
He tops a list — measuring the entertainers' earnings from May 2010 to May 2011 — that also includes Steven Spielberg, Simon Cowell and one of the only actors on the list, Leonardo DiCaprio.
How did Perry make it to the top with $130 million over the past year? Thanks to fat checks from his TV shows, "Meet the Browns" and "House of Payne," as well as his hit series of movies based around his drag character Madea and his upcoming rare acting role as the titular detective in I, Alex Cross.
Just behind Perry is über-producer Jerry Bruckheimer at $113 million, which comes from his take for the $1 billion-grossing fourth installment of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" franchise, as well as his hand in producing a number of hit TV shows, including "The Amazing Race" and the "CSI" franchise.
Legendary director Steven Spielberg is third with $107 million, earned in part from his upcoming pair of big-budget films, "War Horse" and "The Adventures of Tintin." Fourth is the only musician on the list, piano pounder Elton John ($100 million), whose riches come from his back catalog and a world tour that grossed $204 million.
"X Factor" judge/creator Simon Cowell is clearly not hurting since his departure from "American Idol," as he rounds out the top five with $90 million.
Also in the top 10: author James Patterson ($84 million), TV talker Dr. Phil McGraw ($80 million), DiCaprio ($77 million), satellite radio titan Howard Stern ($76 million) and disgraced golfer Tiger Woods ($75 million).
