Well, it's official. The Jennifer Aniston Womb Watch has begun. Jen and her boyfriend, Justin Theroux, who never met a vintage punk rock T-shirt he didn't like, were spotted going to the doctor this week. When they left, Jen was sucking on a lollipop. Clearly, she must be with child. Why? According to x17Online.com, "It's common practice in gynecology offices to give candy to a woman having blood work early in her first trimester so when a nurse draws blood, the patient's blood sugar level is high enough that she doesn't pass out." Mind you, it's not actually confirmed that she went to see a gyno. She could have been at the podiatrist and stopped to buy a sucker at the gift shop. Ugh. Anyway, one thing I did learn—the next time I want to trick a dude into wondering if I'm pregnant, I'm going to dramatically pull out a Blow Pop every time I see him. Bwahahaha! [Huffington Post]

A federal judge has struck down parts of an extreme Texas law going that would require a doctor to show a woman — including a rape victim UPDATE: this has been corrected, as exemptions were made in the cases of rape, incest and fetal abnormalities [Houston Chronicle] — an ultrasound, describe the development of the fetus, and give her headphones to listen to a fetal heartbeat before an abortion. Doctors who refused to do these things to their patients — cruel by any compassionate standard — would have been penalized. An injunction issued yesterday blocks the state from enforcing penalties on both doctors and patients.
The judge ruled aspects of the law, which goes into effect on Thursday, were "unconstitutionally vague" and violate the free speech of both the doctor and the patient by requiring "government-mandated speech." In his decision, the judge wrote the law "compels physicians to advance an ideological agenda with which they may not agree, regardless of any medical necessity, and irrespective of whether the pregnant women wish to listen." He continued, "The court is inclined to agree with (the) defendants' characterization that (the) "plaintiffs have chosen to throw everything at the wall and hope something sticks." That's how much respect these anti-abortion extremists have for you, ladies.

She doesn?t like to be taken advantage of, and Rihanna has filed a lawsuit regarding her leak-ridden $6.9 million Beverly Hills home.
The ?Russian Roulette? songstress claims that the woman who sold her the home, as well as the real estate company and property inspectors deceived her by not disclosing that the roof had multiple leaks.
And after a 2010 rainstorm, Ri-Ri discovered that her house, purchased back in 2009, had sustained considerable water damage.
Now, Rihanna says, the home is ?uninhabitable? and ?laden with construction defects? and she?s seeking unspecified damages.

Pop star Justin Bieber was in a car accident on Tuesday. But don't fret, teen girls! The "U Smile" singer walked away without a scratch.
The Biebs was involved in a minor fender bender, but no one was hurt, TMZ reports. According to the LAPD, Bieber, 17, was driving a black Ferrari in an underground parking lot in the San Fernando Valley, when a Honda Civic bumped the luxury car as it attempted to pass.
Sources present told TMZ the Honda only "tapped" the Ferrari, so JB didn't even exchange information with the Civic's driver. But eventually one of the pop superstar's friends called the LAPD, who appeared on the scene and determined there wasn't any damage, so there was no need to file a report.
"No one was injured and there was no damage to either vehicle," the police department said in a statement.

LOS ANGELES — Lil Wayne may have just dropped Tha Carter IV, but don't expect his Young Money artists to just stand around and bask in Weezy's multiplatinum glow. Drake's Take Care will be the next album to drop on the label, and Tyga's Careless World is coming soon, as well as Birdman's Cash Money release Bigga Than Life. Dallas rapper Lil Twist is cooking up his debut too, and fans can expect a big-time collaboration.
"Don't Get It Twisted is definitely coming before the year is over," the 18-year-old rapper said on the 2011 VMA black carpet. "I'm getting ready to put out my next record, which features Justin [Bieber], the one that everybody's been waitin' on. 'Wherever You Are' featuring Justin Bieber coming soon."
Twist and Bieb's friendship is no secret. Twizzy has been teasing a full collaborative mixtape between the two, but as of now, nothing has materialized. "Me and Justin, we actually met through a mutual friend, and after that, we got real cool, actually," he told MTV News last November. "[We] started working in the studio, sending stuff through the MacBook and everything. And then he was like, 'Yo, bro, we should do a mixtape. Let's go.' We just started then."
While there is no telling when the mixtape will come, Twist is confident that their single will surface shortly. "It's gonna be great. It's a cool summer record," Twist told MTV News of his and Justin's upcoming collaboration. "It's a party song. Straight for the sun. It's a Miami record."
In 2010, Twist dropped the album's first single, "Little Secret," featuring Bow Wow and came back this year with the Lil Wayne-assisted "Love Affair." The R&B-laced song found Twist singing about being caught in the middle of a love triangle, while Wayne crudely rapped around the same subject. For his current single, "New Money," the YMCMB young'un hooked up with R&B singer Mishon.
A promotional insert included with Tha Carter IV CD has Don't Get It Twisted slated for a November 8 release; whether that date sticks remains to be seen.
