Lauren Conrad: Lucky Cover Shoot Behind the Scenes Look!

Giving an inside look at the process of a cover shoot, Lauren Conrad can be seen in a just-released video from her recent gig with Lucky.

The former "Hills" hottie graces the front page of the July 2011 issue (which hits newsstands on June 10), while she tweeted of the new video clip, "Watch this behind the scenes video of my Lucky cover shoot!"

Meanwhile, highlights from Miss Conrad's interview with Lucky are as follows:

On her Paper Crown fashion line launch: ?It?s easier to launch the line without MTV. A lot of people in fashion don?t want to be linked with anything that has to do with reality TV. Showrooms were turning us down.?

On MTV pulling the plug on her reality show: ?It didn?t feel like a perfect fit. It?s difficult to compete with all the Jersey Shore-type shows out there. Besides, there weren?t any scenes of me getting drunk or fighting, so what?s the point??

On not being a fan of the gym: ?I?m just not a fan of the gym. In fact, I hate it. I understand loving the feeling you get after working out - all those endorphins. But going there? It?s the worst.?

On her always-changing eating preferences: ?I?m now focusing a lot more on my health. I no longer eat pork, I rarely eat beef, and I don?t like chicken now because my mother keeps four hens as pets. I?m not kidding.?

Arnold Schwarzenegger's Day Out with His Sons

Looking to do some bonding over lunch, Arnold Schwarzenegger met with his sons at a Umami Burger in Santa Monica, California earlier today (June 2).

The father of four was all smiles as cameras caught up with him as he walked into the restaurant - all the while son Patrick showed up moments later.

In related news, 17-year-old Patrick has reportedly moved out of the family's Brentwood compound, where he has lived alone since his parent's separation.

According to X17Online, the eldest Schwarzenegger son has relocated from the $23 million, seven bedroom estate to a much smaller pad - a flat near the place of his studies, L.A.'s Brentwood School.

Lauren Conrad: "I Never Wanted to End Up in Entertainment"

Lauren Conrad: "I Never Wanted to End Up in Entertainment"

MTV may have made a star out of Lauren Conrad, but The Hills darling says she never intended for her reality TV gig to make her a celebrity.

"I never wanted to end up in entertainment; that wasn't the goal," Conrad, 25, says in the July issue of Lucky magazine. "I was doing the show to end up in fashion. But I'm totally aware that without The Hills, I wouldn't be where I am."

Earlier this year, the network that thrust Conrad into the spotlight scrapped plans to air her new reality series, set to cover the daily ins and outs of her fashion line. After the show hit the cutting room floor, the best-selling author blasted the network, arguing that the "subject matter was too high brow for their audience."

"It didn't feel like a perfect fit," she says now. "It's difficult to compete with all the Jersey Shore-type shows out there. Besides, there weren't any scenes of me getting drunk or fighting, so what's the point?"

And Conrad says she's actually doing just fine on her own.

"It's easier to launch the line without MTV," she says. "A lot of people in fashion don't want to be linked with anything that has to do with reality TV. Showrooms were turning us down."

Conrad has definitely branched out from her days on The Hills, and it's nice to know she's aware that MTV has a lot to do with her success. But it does seem like she's being a bit condescending the network? We just hope she doesn't forget where she came from.
